lolMiner is a closed-source GPU miner for AMD, NVIDIA and Intel cards supporting algorithms such as Etchash, Autolykos2, Equihash variants, Kaspa, Alephium, Karlsen and more. It supports dual mining combinations and LHR unlock. Releases and documentation are published on GitHub, where the project has been active since 2018. Fee: 0.7-2.5% dev fee depending on algorithm. Pricing: Free download; dev fee per algorithm (e.g. Etchash 0.7%, Kaspa 0.75%).
