1. Who we are

AsicProfit (asicprofit.com, "AsicProfit", "we", "us") is operated by CircleHash LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (Wyoming filing ID 2024-001431792), with its registered office at 1023 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001 and its principal office at 701 Tillery Street, Unit 12 #2503, Austin, TX 78702. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site ("you"). If you use AsicProfit on behalf of a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you may do so.

2. What AsicProfit is, and is not

AsicProfit compares ASIC cryptocurrency miners by estimated profitability, provides calculators and lists offers from hardware sellers and hosting providers ("Vendors"). AsicProfit is an information and listing service. We do not sell, buy, hold, ship or broker any hardware or hosting, we take no payment for purchases, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a Vendor. Purchases happen on the Vendor's own website or directly with the Vendor.

3. Estimates, not advice

Profit, revenue, payback and ROI figures are estimates from public network data, coin prices and the inputs you choose (for example your electricity price). Real results depend on pool fees, downtime, difficulty, coin prices, hardware condition, taxes and other factors. Nothing on AsicProfit is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Cryptocurrency mining involves risk, including the loss of the money you spend on hardware and power.

4. Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Give accurate information, one person per account. You must be at least 18. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, are used for fraud or abuse, or stay unused for a long time.

5. Verification and Vendor accounts

To publish listings, a user must (1) verify their identity and (2) have each company approved by us ("Vendor"). We may ask for the company's legal name, registration number, registered address, the user's role and supporting documents (for example a trade licence or registry extract). Applicants are screened against the sanctions lists of the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC); we do not approve persons or companies that are sanctioned, owned or controlled by sanctioned parties, or that we cannot reasonably verify. We may refuse, pause or withdraw verification at any time. A "Verified" or "Verified seller" badge means we checked that a real person and company stand behind the account at the time of approval. It is not a guarantee of any product, delivery or transaction.

6. Rules for Vendors and listings

Vendors are solely responsible for their listings and their sales. You must:

  • list only real products and services you can supply, with accurate model, hashrate variant, condition, price, currency, availability and shipping dates (for pre-orders);
  • keep listings current: update or hide an offer when the price, stock or terms change;
  • honour your listed prices and terms, and handle orders, payments, delivery, warranty, returns and support yourself;
  • comply with all laws that apply to you and your customers, including consumer protection, tax, export control and sanctions laws.

Not allowed: counterfeit or misdescribed hardware; bait prices; listings for products you do not have access to; cloud-mining contracts or any offer that promises guaranteed returns; investment schemes; links that lead to phishing or malware; impersonating another company.

We may review, put on hold, hide, edit for formatting, or remove any listing, and suspend any Vendor, at our discretion, including to investigate a complaint. Where practical we tell the Vendor why and how to fix it. Changing an approved company's name, website or legal details sends it back for approval.

7. Links to Vendor sites; sponsored links

Offers link to the Vendor's own pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. Some links or placements may be paid or carry a referral code; such links are marked as sponsored in the page code and any paid placement will be labelled as such on the page.

8. Fees

Listing is free at launch. We may introduce paid plans or features later; they will be announced in advance, prices will be shown before you buy, and existing free listings will not be charged without your consent.

9. Content and licences

The site, its design, data compilations and calculators belong to CircleHash LLC or its licensors. You may use the site for your own research. You may not copy the site, scrape or bulk-download its data, or resell it without a written agreement. Embedding our free widgets in the provided form is allowed. Vendors grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt (for layout and translation) the content they submit, for running and promoting AsicProfit, for as long as it is listed and a reasonable time after.

10. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, overload it, use bots to create accounts or submit content, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Security reports are welcome at security@asicprofit.com.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses arising from your dealings with a Vendor. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence.

12. Indemnity

Vendors will indemnify CircleHash LLC against claims arising from their listings, products, services or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use AsicProfit after that means you accept them.
