If your miner finds a block, the reward goes straight to your own address in the coinbase, minus a 2% fee that supports the service. Small miners such as Bitaxe devices use it as a lottery-style option. Fee: Solo 2%. Payouts: Solo: full block reward minus 2% paid in the coinbase to your address; no minimum.
